Lakeville’s Fire Department Reminds Folks to Stay Off the Ice

Keep off the ice.

It’s getting warm outside and lakes and ponds are beginning to thaw, so please stay safe and keep off the ice.

If someone falls into the water, call 911 for help.

By the Numbers

During the week of March 6, through March 13, the Lakeville Fire Department responded to 13 calls for service, including one smoke scare, one mutual aid to Burnsville for a structure fire, one medical, two gas leaks, one light fixture malfunction, one attempted burn, one carbon monoxide incident, two false alarms and three good intent calls.
