Lakeville Fire Department responded to 14 calls for service the week of December 5 to December 11.

The past week has been especially tragic for civilian fire deaths with 7 people killed in Minnesota by fire. Let’s all remember that this is the most dangerous time of year for lives lost to fires. Please spread the word in your own family and those families that you know, to be especially careful with cooking, candles, and smoking…the “Big Three” of fire cause.
