Lakeville North Girls Soccer Team Moves on to State Championship
Lakeville North defeated Burnsville 1-0 to secure a spot in the Class 2A state championship game.
The Lakeville North girls soccer team will play in the Class 2A state championship after defeating Burnsville in the semifinals on Tuesday.
Lakeville North's Olivia Bruce scored the team's only goal with just over 6 minutes left in the second half. Lakeville North won 1-0.
They will play the winner of the Minnetonka-Eden Prairie game. The championship game will be on Thursday, Oct. 31 at 3 p.m.

(Update, 4:25 p.m.) Minnetonka beat Eden Prairie 3-2, making it a Panthers vs. Skippers championship game.
