Lakeville North Girls Soccer Score Big in Sections
Lakeville North defeated Northfield to move on in sections.
The Lakeville North girls soccer team defeated the eighth-seeded Northfield Raiders in the section 1AA tournament on Thursday.
Lakeville North made two goals within the first 20 minutes of the game, according to the Northfield News. Northfield fought back, but it wasn't enough to score goals against the top-seeded Lakeville North team.
Lakeville North won 6-0 and will play Owatonna, the fourth-seeded team, on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 1 p.m. Lakeville North High School is hosting the game.
