Northbound I-35 Lanes Reopen

MnDOT crews opened the lanes Monday morning.

Lanes on northbound I-35 have reopened, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) announced today.

Crews opened the northbound lanes between County Road 70 and County Road 50 on Monday morning. Also reopened are the ramps from County Road 60/185th Street to northbound I-35 and from I-35 to County Road 50.

MnDOT says that drivers should expect temporary non-peak lane closures on northbound I-35.

Southbound I-35 is still a single lane between County Road 50 and County Road 70. Both directions of traffic between County Road 70 and County Road 2 are a single lane on the southbound side of I-35 and will remain so into early November.

MnDOT reminds drivers that speed limits are at 55 mph in the road construction zone.
