Lakeville Schools Names Alyssa Ettl as Student Killed in Crash
Alyssa Ettl was a junior at Lakeville North High School.
Alyssa Ettl is the Lakeville North High School student that was killed in the car crash on Dodd Boulevard Wednesday morning, Lakeville Area Public Schools announced on its website and Facebook page. Ettl was 17 years old.

We are very sad to inform you that we lost a student today to a fatal car crash. Junior, Alyssa Ettl, was an exceptional student, athlete and friend to many.
There are counselors available for support at LNHS, and staff at CMS and OHE where she attended are being notified by the principal.
Ettl was driving southbound on Dodd Boulevard when she lost control of the vehicle, the Lakeville Police Department said in a statement on the preliminary investigation. The vehicle slid sideways and was broadsided by a GMC Acadia that was traveling in the opposite direction. Police say that everyone was wearing their seatbelts.
