Dine for a Cause at Spice Cafe in Lakeville Crossing

 Spice Cafe in Lakeville Crossing will be hosting a
Dine for a Cause fundraiser on Tuesday, November 19 to raise money for those
affected by Typhoon Haiyan, which blew through the Philippines on Friday,
November 8.



 



Ten percent of all meals and
drinks purchased during the Dine for a Cause event will be donated to the
Philippine National Red Cross. The funds will be used to supply food, shelter
and medical aid to those injured in the storm.

Typhoon Haiyan is one of the
strongest storms ever recorded, leaving more than 2,000 people dead and 800,000
displaced from their homes. The typhoon has affected a total of approximately
11 million people.

Spice Café in Lakeville
Crossing, which is located at 7704 160th Street in Lakeville, Minn.,
will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for the Dine for a Cause event. Spice
Café’s Savage location, which is located at 3989 County Road 42, will be
holding the same fundraiser as well.
