Faith, Family, Friends, Community and Business. Those are my five highest priorities – in that order. I am passionate about the people in my life. That explains a lot about my personal and business history. A successful corporate career as the president & chief executive officer of a Minnesota based, international franchise organization ended with the sale of that company early in 2002. Afterward, I was able to enjoy the pursuit of some personal and business interests. Real estate intrigued me. Combining that with my enthusiasm for helping people achieve their goals and dreams made for the start of what has become a second successful career. As a member of the Coldwell Banker Burnet’s esteemed President’s Circle, I am ranked in the top 2% of Dakota County’s real estate professionals.

My personal, community and business networks are expansive, as is my knowledge of the southern Twin Cities real estate market. My clients can plainly see I love what I do! I serve the single-family residential market as well as the needs of real estate investors. Clients enjoy my upbeat perspective on life and benefit from my tenacious “don’t-give-up” attitude, leadership skills and negotiating ability. Unwavering personal integrity is paramount for me. Clients and friends (well…most of them) also appreciate my slightly wacky sense of humor.

I am happily married to my Richfield high school sweetheart, Joan. Our daughters are now married adults and the Oswald clan is a growing, extended family. I am active in men’s ministries at Hosanna!, serve on the board of directors of a non-profit foundation, am a Trustee of Fairview Ridges hospital, serve as a management advisor to KTIS Radio and am a leader in the Lakeville Rotary Club. I enjoy my weekly breakfasts with my granddaughter, traveling with Joan, woodworking projects, cooking for family gatherings, and attending classic car auctions.
