Lakeville-Based Ryt-way Industries Acquires Michigan Company
In last six months, the packaging giant has acquired two large packaging companies and is looking for more opportunities to grow.
In what has been described as a recovering, but sluggish economy, Lakeville-based Ryt-way Industries is still growing. The 45-year-old packaging company, located in Lakeville's Airlake Industrial Park, announced on Dec. 2 it acquired Battle Creek, MI-based Robert's Packaging, Inc. The move is the company's second acquisition since June, when Ryt-way acquired Cloud Packaging Solutions, based in Des Plaines, IL. "(We have) an expanding portfolio of high-speed packaging solutions for our customers," Ryt-way CEO David Finch said. "We're very excited."
