Executive Chef Adam Leisenheimer presents hearty and healthy seafood at Apple Valley's Enjoy! Restaurant.
Enjoy! has been serving guests in Apple Valley for seven years, but for the last six months, Executive Chef Adam Leisenheimer has been preparing a variety of "surf and turf" on the menu. The result is a gorgeous dish which is both healthy and delectable.
