Kingsley Shores Senior Living, a 101‐unit “Senior Community of Excellence,” is officially under construction following a ceremonial groundbreaking on Sept. 10. The vision for this three‐story, independent, assisted living and memory care senior living community began with Frank Schoeben, the former owner of the Chart House Restaurant. Schoeben teamed with Winkelman Building Corporation, located in St. Cloud; Frisbie Architects, Inc., located in River Falls, WI; and SilverCrest Properties, LLC, based out of St. Louis Park, to make this development a reality.
