The Minnesota Center for Book Arts (MCBA) will hold its annual festival on Saturday, Nov. 16. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Open Book Building, 1011 Washington Ave. S., Suite 100, Minneapolis, MN.
