Where to Purchase a 2014 Lakeville Dog License

Two-year dog licenses cost $20.

January is a good time to renew your dog's license in Lakeville if needed. The city requires dog licenses for dogs ages six months and older. The licenses are good for two years and cost $20 per license.

Proof that the dog has received the rabies vaccine is required before purchasing a license, unless the dog is too young for the vaccine.

Residents can purchase licenses during business hours at Lakeville City Hall and the Lakeville Police Department. Business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Residents can also purchase licenses at two Lakeville businesses: Dakota Pet Hospital (20136 Icenic Trail) and Apple Lake Animal Hospital (6065 Glacier Avenue).
