Photos: Lakeville South Football Defeats Eastview

Eastview and Lakeville South came out strong in the game at Eastview on Friday Night, but Lakeville South simply dominated the offensive game throughout the game and defeated Eastview 28-14.

Eastview came into their second game of the season with a loss to Lakeville North last week. Lakeville South came with a victory over Eagan under their belt.

Both teams lost possession of the ball during the 1st quarter on fumbles, but Lakeville South put 7 points on the board after a pass from Mitchell Leidner to Matthew Heller. Lakeville South added 14 points in the 2nd quarter to make the score 21-0 at half time.

Eastview finally put points on the board after a pass from Ryan Reiger to Keynon Phillips took them into the endzone. Lakeville South ran the ball in for a touchdown to make the score 28-7 in the 4th quarter, but Eastview answered with a pass play to make the final score 28-14.

Eastview (0-2) will be away at Eagan next Friday, and Lakeville South (2-0) will be at home against Apple Valley.
