Four days before its 2011 season opener, the Lakeville South volleyball team hosted a six team scrimmage in the school's main gymnasium.

The Cougars varsity squad took on four of the five teams present at the morning event, while the junior varsity also scrimmaged in Gym B.

After a 19-8 campaign in 2010, South is scheduled to commence begin this season against Northfield on Thursday night before also hosting Rochester Century on Friday evening. Both matches are slated to begin at 7 p.m.
