Lakeville North Girls Win in OT, to Face Minnetonka in State Semifinals
No. 4 Lakeville North defeated No. 5 North Wright County 5-4 in overtime.
No. 4 Lakeville North is on to the semifinals of the Girls Class AA State High School Hockey Tournament.
Christi Vetter scored the game winner in overtime to help the Panthers defeat North Wright County, 5-4 on Thursday night.
The Panthers get a rematch a year in the making with Minnetonka at 8 p.m. on Friday at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. The winner goes to the Class AA final.
