Ucare Exercise

Exercise with personal trainer Connie on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at the Lakeville Senior Center from 3-4 p.m. Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills.  Weights, elastic tubing with handles and a chair are used for seated and/or standing support.  Exercise is the key to youthfulness, good health and staying fit.  So get up off your couch and join us in the crusade to be happy, healthy and fit!  These classes are free; deadline for sign-up is Dec. 30.
