Dakota County Parks 5th Annual New Years Eve Party. Candlelit hiking, snowshoe trails ice skating and sledding. Snowshoe rental available - bring own skates and sled. Campfires, S'mores, concessions, kid activities and the big ball drop at 7:59pm.  Registration required: Course #3344
