Blazing Cats Win State Adapted Soccer Championship
Burnsville/Farmington/Lakeville beat Park Center 8-1 in the tournament final.
The Burnsville/Farmington/Lakeville adapted soccer CI team won the state championship Saturday with a commanding 8-1 win over Park Center.
The Blazing Cats entered the season ceded second among south teams. They kicked off the tournament with a 12-3 win over the North Suburban team. In the next round, the team won a 5-2 upset over Anoka-Hennepin, which was first among north teams.
