Sen. Dave Thompson Says His Campaign Raised More than $120,000 in 2013
Thompson seeks the Republican nomination for governor of Minnesota.
State Sen. Dave Thompson (R-Lakeville) is talking about his 2013 fundraising results for his campaign for governor of Minnesota.
Thompson's campaign raised more than $120,000 in 2013, MinnPost reported. He told MinnPost that the amount of funds raised show that his campaign is "viable."
The other Republican candidates, except for Hibbing High School Teacher Rob Farnsworth, have not indicated how much their campaigns have raised. Farnsworth told MinnPost that his campaign probably raised less than $10,000 last year.
They have until Jan. 31 to submit their year-end campaign finance reports, says MinnPost.
