POLL: Supreme Court Weighs Arguments Over 'Obamacare'

What do you think the Supreme Court should do with President Obama's controversial healthcare act? Uphold, or strike it as unconstitutional?

Today marks the final day of arguments before the Supreme Court of the United States will recess to weigh whether President Barack Obama's sweeping healthcare legislation from 2010 is constitutional.

For three days, in front of the Supreme Court, lawyers for Obama and other supporters of the law have argued with attorneys from 26 states and other opponents over the whether "Obamacare" is constitutional—especially the individual mandate forcing Americans to get health coverage.

In the past, U.S. Congressman John Kline, (R-Second District) of Lakeville, has said the law should be repealed.

It's far too early to say if the Affordable Health Care Act, as it's officially called, will be deemed unconstitutional, but wants to know what you think.
