Do we have any idea what's going to happen with Dod Blvd & Highview? I heard awhile ago it was going to be a round-a-bout, but haven't head anything since. It's ugly there at rush hour! Thanks!

What does the flashing red light shown in the video mean?

Dodd and Highview will be spring 2013. It will also be 4 lanes all the way through. Here is a link from Dakota County: http://www.co.dakota.mn.us/EnvironmentRoads/RoadConstruction/Future/9-42.htm

Flashing light is not red, it is yellow. It does look a little off-color in the video though.

How may I lobby for the "Yellow arrow" light to be installed at the Cedar and 179th intersection?
