According to two criminal complaints Czywczynski, who operates a business called Ol’ Skool Trucking in Elko, called a business to a Lakeville address last June to have tires replaced on a vehicle.

Czywczynski wrote a bad check for $2,029 for that service, and didn’t respond to requests to pay the money owed, the complaint says.
