A North Branch man facing charges of selling and possessing drugs in Lakeville has been arrested on a warrant issued earlier this month.
Corey Michael Holcomb, 42, is charged with first-degree drug sales and first-degree drug possession, both felonies, each with a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
Drug Enforcement Administration task force agents arrested Holcomb in Lakeville in June 2011 and found 48.9 grams of methamphetamine and $3,900 in cash in his possession, according to the criminal complaint.
The arrest came after agents set up surveillance of a Lakeville drug distributor who had become a task force informant.
Holcomb was arrested Dec. 17 in Hastings. He is scheduled to make a first appearance on the charges Dec. 18 in Dakota County District Court in Hastings.
