Dumb Criminal: While Smoking Pot in Car, Driver Cuts Off Police
A Lakeville driver who was smoking marijuana in his car cut off a marked squad car, leading to the driver being pulled over.
When you are smoking marijuana in a car, it is probably not a good idea to pull right in front of a marked squad car, causing the officer to have to brake heavily to avoid a collision with your vehicle.
That is exactly what happened one night recently, when Shawn McMahon stopped a car after it pulled right in front of his squad. As soon as Officer McMahon walked up to the car, the strong odor of burning marijuana wafted out of the vehicle.
