DUMB CRIMINAL: Twice Isn’t Always Nice

Driver tested twice the legal limit of alcohol following single-vehicle crash in which a car ended up in a culvert.

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words. [In the photo above] this driver missed the turn and went off  the roadway into a culvert. Responding officers found that the driver appeared intoxicated and a subsequent portable breath test indicated that the driver was over twice the legal limit for intoxication. The driver was arrested and jailed pending formal charges. The vehicle was winched back onto the roadway and towed to the police impound lot.
