Police say Robert Lee Ranzy IV sent a sexually explicit video of himself to a 14-year-old Rosemount girl in January. He was arrested Nov. 27 on a 10-month-old warrant.

Warrant Issued for Burnsville Woman Accused of Cracking Victim's Skull

Police say Lenora Jonea Pollard assaulted a woman Dec. 17 because she believed that someone was trying to take her children.

Burnsville Woman Charged with Distributing Child Pornography

Police say Kayla Jo Henry-Heagle of Burnsville and Antonio Mendez Trice of Minneapolis filmed a video of two underage girls performing a sex act at a Burnsville party, then posted the video on Facebook.

Bomb Threat on Bus En Route from Mall of America to Mystic Lake Casino

Police determined that there wasn't a bomb and Richfield Police are investigating.

UPDATED: Victim Identified in Eagan Murder Investigation

Jonathan Thomas Lahr, 36, died Jan. 1 after a fight with his roommate. The roommate, Samuel Walter Petersen, was released from custody yesterday.

UPDATE: Bail Remains at $150,000 for Man Arrested in IGH Police Standoff

Joseph John Gallahue, 20, was charged with a felony dangerous weapons crime following the Dec. 28 incident.

IGH Man Charged with Three Felonies in New Year’s Day Shooting

Michael Jamah Griffis was charged with one count of first-degree assault and two counts of second-degree assault. He is accused of shooting his wife and brother.

Inver Grove Heights Man Charged with Sexual Conduct with 13-Year-Old

Police say Trevor Charles Kappel and his 17-year-old girlfriend tried to have sex with the 13-year-old girl after picking her up from school in December.

Lakeville

UPDATE: Lakeville North Athletic Director Pleads Guilty to DWI

Robert Ertl, the activities and athletic director at Lakeville North High School, pleaded guilty in December to driving with a .13 percent blood-alcohol content in June. It was his second alcohol-related arrest in less than five years.

Northfield

Northfield Man Arrested on Felony Heroin Warrant

Police say they found large quantities of heroin and marijuana in Jacob Robert Duffy's home when they executed a search warrant.

More and more South Metro residents have been applying for licenses to carry firearms in recent weeks.

Shakopee

Shakopee Woman Charged with Leading Police on High-Speed Chase

Police say My Thi Do fled through residential neighborhoods in Eden Prairie at speeds that reached 60 mph.

I went to the Lakeville food shelf today to donate food & couldn't find it. It said it was inRead More suite 139 but I couldn't find it. Crazy numbering system on the suites. Disappointing.
