Police Searching For Vehicle Used to Flee Homicide Scene

The fatal shooting took place outside Nina's Grill in Burnsville early Sunday morning, with Lakeville police assisting Burnsville police with the response.

The Burnsville Police Department has asked for the public's help in locating the vehicle they believed was used in the homicide that occurred at Nina's Grill on Sunday, Sept. 22.

Police described the vehicle as a 1983 Buick LaSabre Limited, dark unknown color, 4 door body style, with MN License 662EWR.

The vehicle is registered to the suspect, according to a news release from the department. Police believe he used the car to flee the scene of the homicide.

Assisting agencies during Sunday's incident were the Minnesota State Patrol, Eagan Police Department, Dakota County Sheriff's Department and the Lakeville Police Department.
