Randal Gerard Berres, 50, died on Nov. 13 in a truck accident in North Dakota oil field.
Berres was born on Feb. 15, 1963 in Northfield, according to his obituary on White Funeral Homes. He grew up on a dairy farm in Lakeville and lived most of his life in Lakeville.
Berres pursued different business interests. He owned a sandwich shop, ran a group home, and founded Berres Windows & Glass. In many of his business pursuits, "his main objective was to help others."
He is also described as someone who was passionate about his faith. Berres "loved the Lord, loved life and loved his family."
His services were on Nov. 17 at Christian Life Church in Farmington.
