Lakeville Area E.C.F.E. Safety Fair

Free Community Safety Fair – September 17, 2013

Join your friends and neighbors at the Lakeville Area E.C.F.E. Safety Fair on Tuesday, September 17 beginning at 5:30pm at the Crystal Lake Education Center (16250 Ipava Avenue, Lakeville).

The Safety Fair is a FREE community event featuring information and demonstrations for adults and children on the importance of fire safety, stranger danger, car seat installation, poisons, electricity, healthcare and much more. Children will enjoy a craft and snack and be able to explore a police car and a Dakota Electric bucket truck and visit with McGruff the Crime Dog.

The Lakeville Police Department, the Lakeville Fire Department, the Dakota County Public Health Department, Dakota Electric and Raberge's ATA Leadership Martial Arts will be on hand along with an emergency room doctor, CPR instructor, school nurse and dental educator to answer questions.

The Safety Fair is sponsored by the Lakeville Area Early Childhood Family Education (E.C.F.E.) program. E.C.F.E. strengthens families with young children through education and support.
