Handel's Messiah Performed by Dakota Valley Symphony & Chorus

The Dakota Valley
Symphony Chorus and soloists will perform Handel’s Messiah with the full
orchestra on December 8.

For many concert-goers, attending a performance of Handel’s glorious oratorio is a
treasured tradition that powerfully captures the true meaning and spirit of

Christmas.

There will be two concerts, one at 2 p.m. and one at 7 p.m.  The audience can sing along with the 7 p.m. performance, and scores will be available for sale before the concert.

The concerts will be at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center.

Dakota Valley Symphony was created to provide an opportunity for skilled volunteer musicians to join together to perform and promote diverse symphonic musical experiences of all periods and styles for residents of the south suburban Twin Cities area. The group also provides a forum for aspiring local composers to premiere their work.
Tickets for the concert range from $5 to $16. Tickets can be purchased in person at the BPAC Box Office, or via Ticketmaster at 800-982-2787 or ticketmaster.com.

Ticket prices listed include facility fees. Additional service charges and handling

fees may apply.
