Severe Thunderstorm Warning Over: Half-Inch Hail Hit Dakota County
The National Weather Service tracked a strong line of storms moving through the metro area.
The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for parts of Dakota County, including Lakeville.
At 10:20 a.m. radar indicated a storm producing 60 mile per hour winds and quarter-sized hail, moving east across Dakota County at 35 miles per hour.
The warning is in effect until 11:20 a.m.

The whole Twin Cities area will likely be affected, forecasters say, but the strongest part of the storm is located over Dakota County.
