Road Construction Continues to Impact Lakeville

Here is this week’s edition of Lakeville Messages, which features an update to local road construction projects.

Here is the text of the story:

I-35E project
Crews continue to work on the northbound lanes of I-35E between the I-35/35W/35E split and Cedar Avenue. Traffic north of Cedar Avenue is now a single lane in each direction on the northbound side of the interstate to Cliff Road. Northbound and southbound traffic will remain a single lane in each direction through mid-July. Just a reminder—speeds are reduced to 55 miles per hour in the construction zone.

Kenrick/205th roundabout project
New curb and gutter has been installed on both the northwest and southwest corners of the intersection. Traffic has been shifted to accommodate additional work areas while maintaining traffic in each direction.

Dodd/Highview roundabout project
Intersection remains closed. Construction on new storm sewers is set to begin the week of July 15.
