Lakeville Police Video: What Kids Can Do if They Get Lost in a Store

Peanut policeman Don Nutts gives kids some advice on finding their parents if they get lost.

Earlier this month, in the latest installment of the Lakeville Police Department's Kids Patrol web series, Officer Don Nutts—a giant peanut puppet with an oversized sheriff's cap, a hamburger mouth and a singsong voice—gave Lakeville youngsters advice on what to do if they are separated from their parents in a store.

About 2,000 children are temporarily lost every day, the peanut puppet pointed out before giving specific advice about "what to do, where to go and who to speak to."

If your kids have wandering legs, show them the above video.
