March Lakeville Real Estate Statistics
Lakeville's March 2012 Housing Statistics. Overall the numbers are lower than last year which is no surprise but do not give up on the housing market!!
Once again another month of real estate transactions have come and gone. This past month typically has an increased amount of buyer traffic due to the Spring Parade of Homes which ended on the first weekend in April.
Spring usually has higher homes sales across the board as many buyers want to get moved into their new place over the summer months.....before school starts and the snow falls. If you are thinking of selling your home, now is probably the best time to get it listed. Remember....don't list your home until it is showroom perfect. Never have a second chance for that first impression!!! Good luck.

- 45 homes sales closed during March 2012
- The average sales price was $223,289
- Sales price figured out to be $89 per square foot
- Days on the market was 123 which is almost 15% less than this time last year!
- 119 new listings came up for sale during March 2012
