Lakeville April Real Estate Statistics and Newsletter

April was the last month that our main real estate office was set in Burnsville.  Our Burnsville Coldwell Banker Burnet office recently relocated to Lakeville at the corner of 185th Street and Kenwood Trail. Stop in and say Hi.

Home sales and listing "typically" are higher in the spring due to increased buyers and parents like to move over the summer.  This will allow the children to get acclimated to their new neighborhood, friends and so on.  If you are looking to sell, let me help as Lakeville is where I live. 

Here are the April 2012 Lakeville Housing Statistics:

• 61 homes sales closed during April 2012
• The average sales price was $245,769 which is up almost 6%
• Sales price figured out to be $95 per square foot (up 2%)
• Days on the market was 125 which is almost 5% less than this time last year!
• 108 new listings came up for sale during April 2012
