If you are a “Buy & Hold” real estate investor, here are three tips: #1 Buy NOW! #2 Buy NOW! #3 Buy NOW! One of our team members recently bought an investment property in Apple Valley, advertised it on Craig’s List (before closing the purchase), received nearly 30 calls in 36 hours, chose a well-qualified tenant, signed a year-long lease and the tenant moved in the day after closing. Demand is high, rents are strong, interest rates are at record lows and there is an abundance of properties from which to purchase. There may never be a better time to buy investment properties.

Put another way: one of our first time home buyers told us last week “I can buy this house and my total payment is less than what I’d pay in rent for the same house.” Read her quote again, especially between the lines.
