What was it? The old downtown structure has been added on to numerous times over the years, but has sat vacant since 2010 when moved into a new building across the street. In 2010, it was rumored that a Minneapolis restaurant called The Loop was planning to fill the space, but the deal fell through and the space has remained empty ever since.
