Visions for Vacancies: What Should Fill the Old Ace Hardware Space?

Where's the vacancy? 20851 Holyoke Avenue

What was it? The old downtown structure has been added on to numerous times over the years, but has sat vacant since 2010 when moved into a new building across the street. In 2010, it was rumored that a Minneapolis restaurant called The Loop was planning to fill the space, but the deal fell through and the space has remained empty ever since.
