The Lakeville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday on the request of C-Store Partners, Inc. for a conditional use permit to build a SuperAmerica in Lakeville.

The SuperAmerica would sell motor fuel and have a convenience store and automatic car wash. The proposed location is north of 210th Street and east of Keokuk Avenue.

There is no set date yet for the start of construction.

The Lakeville Planning Commission begins at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5 at city hall, located at 20195 Holyoke Avenue.
