TEDx Lakeville: Betsy Goes Off Script

Here's a highlight from the recent TEDx in Lakeville we wanted to share.

TEDx recently made its winter debut in Lakeville, thanks to Lakeville Area Schools and sponsors such as Imation and Tweetwall.

So what is TEDx?

According to organizers: In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.

In this presentation, Betsy Grawe goes “off script.” Or, maybe, life in general does.

Other speakers included business founder Eric Nelson of KidToPro, Dr. Lisa Snyder of District 194 and Mayor Matt Little.
