Five trophies were handed out, as well as ribbons for each one of the knee-burned contestants.

"What a fun event, huh?" said Jan Akin, a but first year chair of the crawl-a-thon. "It just far exceeded my expectations. It was good humor and a lot of fun."

For Briana, Korbin's win was very special.

"His grandfather passed away just two days ago, and he was a runner," she said. "So maybe that runs int he family."

Briana said her family moved to Lakeville just a couple months ago and when she heard of the event, knew it would be for Korbin.

"He crawls everywhere. You can't take your eyes off of him," she joked. "This is hopefully one of many competitions Korbin can be in over the years."

While Briana said Korbin's adeptness at crawling comes naturally, his father wanted to make sure everyone knew one thing: "No performance enhancing drugs here," he joked.

Parker Lilla, Cooper Kennedy, Giana Shalikow and Oliver Pietersen rounded out the top five.

"We really had a lot of fast crawlers," Akin said with a smile.
