Lakeville's Weekly Calendar: Senior Center, Library

Each week Lakeville's Senior Center and Heritage Library offers programs for Lakeville residents to take part in. Here's a list of upcoming events.

Lakeville Senior Center Programs

Watercolor Painting Classes - September 22 and 29 and October 6 and 13 from 9:30-11:30 A.M.

The class format is changing for this series of four classes to be held at the Lakeville Senior Center. Instead of painting certain subjects each week, new painting techniques will be introduced to create different washes, textures, shapes and reflections. Each artist should bring paint tubes, 140# cold- press paper, and a variety of brushes. The instructor will provide samples, ideas and hand-outs for the
students. A minimum of 4 must sign up for the class to take place. Cost will be $10.00 per class; there is no obligation to sign up for all four classes, but a 50% discount will be given on the fourth class if you have signed up for the other three classes. Register at the Senior Center by September 19.
