Lakeville Man Scratches Way to $25,000 Lottery Prize

Cha-ching! A Lakeville man who won $25,000 playing the Minnesota State Lottery’s Silver 7s scratch game claimed his prize on Dec. 4.

Bradley Neuman purchased his winning ticket at the SuperAmerica at 16161 Cedar Ave. in Lakeville, according to the state lottery.

Neuman is one of number of recent big winners on scratch games from Dakota County. Debra Bair of West St. Paul won $25,000, also on Silver 7s, and Karlotta Carlson, from Apple Valley, won $20,000 playing Neon 5s. No other information is available obout those winners.
