Give to the Max Day: Donate to Your Favorite Lakeville Nonprofit on Nov. 15

Give to the Max Day is an annual opportunity for Minnesotans to donate to their favorite local, regional or statewide nonprofits.

Last year, 47,539 people donated roughly $13.6 million to 4,000 nonprofits statewide during Minnesota's "Give to the Max Day"—an annual fundraising day coordinated by GiveMN.

A number of local nonprofits plan to participate this year, including the Lakeville Resource Center, Lakeville City Ballet, Majestic Hills Ranch, and other local groups.

Those are some big numbers, and Minnesotans will get another chance to beat that mark on Nov. 15 as Give to the Max Day rolls around once again. Launched in 2009, Give to the Max Day is an annual opportunity for Minnesotans to donate to their favorite local, regional or statewide nonprofits at GiveMN's website. The event, which is in its fourth year, challenges Minnesotans to raise as much money as possible for nonprofit organizations and schools in 24 hours.
