PAX (Program of Academic Exchange) invites you to open your home and share your life with a boy or girl from abroad. International exchange students arrive in August on an academic homestay program. These young ambassadors are looking forward to living with an American family and attending an American high school for the next academic year. They are scheduled to arrive in August. All PAX students speak English, have full medical insurance, and come with their own spending money.
Host families come in all shapes and sizes! All are welcome to host, including single parents, young couples and retirees. Families need only provide a place for the student to sleep and study, meals and a warm, supportive environment. Providing a short term welcome stay for 6 -8 weeks is also a hosting option.
