Ouch! Traffic Snarls, Crawls, Creeps on I-35 through Lakeville
Road construction has interstate traffic down to one lane in most of Lakeville.
Traffic wasn't pretty on I-35 in Lakeville Friday afternoon.
Another road construction project started up at 10 a.m. Friday, limiting northbound motorists to one lane from County Road 50 to the I-35/35W/35E split. That work is set to end by 5 a.m. Monday.
But that's on top of road work continuing into November that has both directions down to one lane between County Road 2 and County Road 70.
On Friday afternoon, a crash on I-35 near 185th Street complicated the traffic situation further.
